Subscriptions (Pro / Max)

Cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues through the period you already paid for. Full refund within 14 days of a charge if you have consumed fewer than 10 builds that month. Email [email protected] with your account email; approved refunds return via Stripe within 5 business days.

Founder (one-time $30)

Refundable in full within 14 days of purchase, as long as the attached Max month has not started (it starts the day beta ends). After redemption the purchase becomes non-refundable, since the value has been delivered.

EU and UK consumers

Digital content delivered immediately loses its withdrawal right once you start using it, but only if you consented at purchase and acknowledged losing the right, which the checkout flow asks you to confirm. Partial use before withdrawal requests is honored per the refund rules above.

Chargebacks

Please email first; disputes are almost always faster to fix directly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in account suspension until resolved.
